Despite that its origin is not very clear, flamenco art is an artistic expression typical of the Andalusian culture. Experts say that it comes from the Gypsies that settled down in Spain in the begging of the XV century, from the Arabic and the Jews or maybe is a mixture of these cultures. The fact is that flamenco has become one of the most beautiful artistic expressions in the world.

Without any doubt Andalusia is the cradle of flamenco and despite that nowadays flamenco has become international, do not hesitate to visit a flamenco show in Granada in order to enjoy the purest one.

Flamenco has generated interest in an international scale. Flamenco tail dresses, castanets and other characteristic elements have crossed borders. This is even more evident after being declared Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Humanity by UNESCO in 2010.

From Julià Travel we offer you two different options in order you can discover this fusion of dance, singing and music in the city of Granada.

There are two different ways you can do it: only attending to a flamenco show or getting the Attraction Pass / iVenture Card Andalucía, the intelligent card that offers a selection of tours and activities to enjoy in the region.

If you want to do it through an only tour, we offer you the show organised at Venta del Gallo, which includes a typical dinner consisting on five dishes, dessert and drink. If you prefer to take the most of the Attraction Pass / iVenture Card, you will be able to enjoy one of the best flamenco shows at La Alboreá and combine it with many other attractions offered by this smart card, such as guided tours or motorbike and segway rentals.

Even if you choose one option or another, we can assure you that Granada and its flamenco art will not disappoint you.
