Yes. In the case of a multi-day tour, we offer free cancellation up to 32 days before the date chosen at the time of purchase. If you cancel with less than 32 days before departure, the following charges will apply: 15% of the total amount of the trip if cancellation occurs between 30 and 21 days before departure, 25% if cancellation occurs between 20 and 10 days before departure, and 100% if cancellation occurs 9 days before departure. You will have all this information on your confirmation voucher.

Yes, it is extremely important that you complete all the personal data fields for each passenger. We request this information as it is necessary to reserve hotel rooms and purchase tickets to the attractions.
For example, to enter the Alhambra, the tickets are personal, that is to say, they go with name and identification number. If we do not have the passport information or the correct name of the passenger, it is possible that they cannot enter.
If the itinerary includes Morocco, we need to make transportation and ferry reservations to cross to the neighboring country. Therefore, the Moroccan authorities ask us for passport information and passenger´s name.

European Union (EU) and North American citizens traveling to Morocco for tourism purposes generally do not require a visa for stays up to 90 days. However, a valid passport with at least six months remaining validity from the date of entry is mandatory.
For travelers holding passports issued by countries outside the European Union or the USA, visa requirements may apply.
