If customers go directly to the stadium without first picking up their tickets from the office, they will not be allowed to attend the tour. For Madrid City Tour, you can hop on and hop off at any of the available stops.

It is MANDATORY to collect the Bernabéu Tour tickets at Julia Travel office at San Nicolas 15. Lead customer must provide an identity document (ID Card, Passport or driving license) when exchanging your voucher for the entrance tickets at Julia Travel Gray Line. The Bernabeu stadium ticket is valid only for the selected date. The acces will be possible at any time. Ticket not valid on weekends, public holidays and match days. The tickets must be collected from the booking date in advance. Wheelchair users: please note it is not currently possible to complete the entire Tour Bernabéu. If the customers goes directly to Bernabéu Stadium without first picking up the tickets from the office, they will not be allowed to attend the tour. According to the schedule of matches, training sessions or special events RM reserves the right to change the schedule, routes or close part of the museum tour. Please be informed before the visit. The ticket for Bernabéu Tour is valid for a single use, with independence that MCT tickets are valid for 1 or 2 consecutive days. Please note that the itinerary is subject to change due to the events to be celebrated in the city (demonstrations, sport events, cultural events, official acts and public works).
