We will meet at Carrer Jaume Puigvert 13, located in the neighbourhood of Horta – Guinardó, a quiet and cosy area of Barcelona. In this privileged location, surrounded by local people, you will feel as if you were just another inhabitant of Barcelona.
A professional chef will welcome you with a short introduction about paella, and the main ingredients we will use to prepare it. Meanwhile, we will enjoy a typical Catalan appetizer, bread with tomato. In a friendly and fun atmosphere, you will learn all the secrets of paella, one of the most important dishes in the Spanish gastronomy.
