Head straight to the ticket office at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium with your voucher (printed or digital). Make sure to get there at least 15 minutes early for your visit.

- Due to the ongoing construction works at the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, the Tour route will be temporarily disrupted. We thank you for your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.
- There are numerous stairs along the route, so it is not advisable to do it with suitcases or baby strollers.
