Not wheelchair accessible. Not accessible for people with reduced mobility. From 12:00 noon on the day before a match until reopening the day after, only the Museum and the panoramic view of the stadium will be available. Dressing rooms and benches will remain closed. The tour includes several stairways, so it is not recommended for visitors with suitcases or baby strollers. There is no luggage storage service available. Real Madrid FC reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour due to events held at the Stadium or force majeure circumstances.
