Ticket offices of the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, Paseo de la Castellana 140. The guide will be holding a Julià Travel sign.

- Not wheelchair accessible. Not accessible for people with reduced mobility.
- From 12:00 noon on the day before a match until reopening the day after, only the Museum and the panoramic view of the stadium will be available. Dressing rooms and benches will remain closed.
- The tour includes several stairways, so it is not recommended for visitors with suitcases or baby strollers.
- There is no luggage storage service available.
- Real Madrid FC reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour due to events held at the Stadium or force majeure circumstances.
