The tour starts at Paseo de la Castellana 140. The guide will be holding a Julià Travel sign. Please arrive there with your reservation, either on your mobile device or printed, and show it to the guide.

₋ The turf has been removed from the pitch. ₋ Due to the various events taking place at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, the Bernabéu Tour route and schedules may vary. ₋ From 12:00 noon on the day before a match until reopening the day after, only the Museum and the panoramic view of the stadium will be available. Dressing rooms and benches will remain closed. ₋ Wheelchair users: please note it is not currently possible to complete the entire Tour Bernabéu. ₋ There are several stairs along the itinerary, so we do not recommend bringing luggage or pushchairs, strollers etc. ₋ We do not provide a left-luggage service. ₋ Admission staff may request official documentation to verify the children’s age (ID, Passport, etc). If this documentation is not provided, the payment of the difference corresponding to the adult rate may be required.
