- This is a flexible ticket, on the chosen day, you can access to the Bernabéu Tour between 09:30hrs and 18:30hrs.

- It is MANDATORY to collect the tickets at Julia Travel office San Nicolas 15. Lead customer must provide an identity document (ID Card, Passport or driving license) when exchanging your voucher for the entrance tickets at Julia Travel Gray Line. Opening Hours: Monday to Sunday from 8 AM to 2 PM
- Wheelchair users: please note it is not currently possible to complete the entire Tour Bernabéu.
- If the customers goes directly to Bernabeu without first picking up the tickets from the office, they will not be allowed to attend the tour.

- Exceptionally and due to the works being carried out in the Stadium, Real Madrid finds it necessary to control capacity. Therefore, it may be necessary to select a date and time to access the facilities. Our team will inform you at the time of collecting the tickets.
